The successful candidate will ideally have plumbing and heating sales experience, although please do get in touch if you have plumbing trade based experience, as well as the following essential qualities:
Responsibilities
Serve customers at the trade counter with plumbing and heating product enquiries
Sell basic plumbing and heating items confidently; training provided for more advanced products
Answer phone calls and respond to customer quotations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Assist with stock management, including stocktakes and inventory tracking
Load and unload vans as needed
Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team
Requirements
Previous experience in the plumbing and heating trade or merchant environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile
Good computer skills
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
Comfortable with occasional physical tasks (loading/unloading stock)
Team-oriented mindset
Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm + every other Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm
